Angel Mom

Keep me safe and warm at night.

Don’t let the bed bugs bite.

Tell me things to help me sleep.

Close my eyes and count the sheep.

Then I fall into a daze.

I blink my eyes and see your gaze.

Your hair your smile that face so warm.

I won’t wake until it’s dawn.

But when I do I feel you near.

You kept me close there was nothing to fear.

I held your hand and said a prayer.

My Angel Mom I love you my dear.
