This postcard of the “All Saints Church” in Northampton was sent to Miss Edith Louisa Bradbury who lived at 11 Leopold Street, Loughborough, Leicestershire. The card has been sent from her brother Albert Edward Bradbury from 141 Lloyd Road, Northampton, Northamptonshire on the 20th July 1908.
Miss Bradbury is a music teacher who teaches from her family home where she lives with her father Edward and Mother Louisa and also her sister Beatrice.
The card reads:
I was pleased to hear from you before and shall be again, Here Here and Here Here
Rather damp round here, how is it your way? I shall have to come for some mince pies soon or I will turn rusty.
I often hmmmm over the airs I used to play with you
Have you done any motoring lately, be careful
Hope Ma, sister and Pa are well, not forgetting you
Good bye AB 4 Ms B
