This postcard was sent to Mr R H Noble who at the time was living at 13 Forest Road Loughborough Leicestershire.
It was sent on 7th Aug but the year is unclear. From the research this style of house on the street were not built until the 1930’s
The postcard has been sent from Mr Noble’s son
It reads:
Dear Father
Having a grand time. Have come 100 miles on cycles and on way now in to Castleton
Not a drop of rain yet sun shining
Back before 10 on Sat night Richie
