Lost hope is something that we can’t see or really feel.
It’s hard to put into words and we feel as if the worst thing has happened. It probably has, but is it the end of the world? No, it isn’t but in order to turn things around we must start to believe again. This is very hard, as how can you believe in anything when most things have been taken away?
The answer is to look around you and what do you see?
A happy child playing away laughing and sometimes crying, but crying, because it needs you to love them, or feed them, or to show them how to play a game.
The next thing you notice is how people greet you. Their eyes light up, you see their eyebrows raise. They are pleased to see you.
Love, you give out immense love to people, without realising that you are doing it. True love is an action that you do without thinking about it. An action that brings great joy to others.
I was once like like you, afraid that my life was going nowhere and that I would be better off not here anymore.
Then I saw how lucky I was. I managed to make things happen in times of deep stress and hurt. My sheer determination to keep going saw me through some of the worst days of my life. I never really slept, my mind was always running over and over.
Don’t stop being you because someone else see’s you differently or doesn’t share your views. You are not here to change minds, but to bring love and light to the world.
I hope by reading this you will see that you are moving forward and being the person you want to be.
